Since all our cases are made to order (Print-on-Demand), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each case is printed specifically for you, so please double-check your phone model before ordering.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at kasebyklass@gmail.com or @kasebyklass on Instagram within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll work on a resolution.
